Pick-Up Policy

Pick-Up Information:

• Pick-Up Days: Monday to Saturday

• Pick-Up Times:

  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

• Pick-Up Location:
  Manor Drive North, New Malden, KT3 5PA

Order Cut-Off:

• Orders must be placed at least one day in advance.

• Same-day pick-up is not available. 

Important Notes:

• We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up within the scheduled time.

• Please bring your order confirmation (email or text) when collecting your order.
