All Products are subject to availability.

Perishable Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, your right to cancel does not apply to perishable food items like our meal kits.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.

Non-Perishable Items

You may return non-perishable items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
