Shipping Information

We use a next-day delivery service, although delivery may take 1–2 days.

As our parcels contain perishable food, you must ensure your parcel is received within 48 hours of dispatch. Please make sure you are available to receive your delivery or arrange a safe place through the Royal Mail tracking website before delivery.

Please check your dispatch confirmation email for the expected delivery date and make the necessary arrangements to receive your parcel on time.

If delivery is attempted but you are unavailable to receive the parcel, we cannot accept responsibility for any food that defrosted or spoils as a result of the missed delivery. We are unable to offer replacements or compensation in these circumstances.
