Salted Fermented Squid is a traditional Korean fermented seafood made from squid, seasoned with chilli, garlic, and other flavourful ingredients. Our version is made without any additives or preservatives, using 100% Korean chilli flakes. The squid jeotgal (100g) is sold frozen, while the vegetables (20g) are fresh and packaged separately, allowing you to mix them after thawing to enjoy both the freshness and crunch of the vegetables alongside the rich, savoury flavour of the squid.
